The last of Sweden... and then Germany!

Our last few days in Sweden were the best of the trip... we went snowmobiling and got stuck out in the woods, which was quite an adventure but was a blast. Aidan called it the "snow choo choo" and loved going fast. He cried when we stopped! We went to the Moose Garden where we were given a personal tour ( the only tourists in Ostersund this time of year!) and got to pet about 9 moose! We also to a Swedish "bath house" where there was an awesome kiddie swimming area as well as saunas, pools and spas for the adults. Aidan loved going down the waterslides and under the waterfalls. He was just as happy to go back to the Shorts' and play in the snow though... he has become quite adaptable!

The Moose Garden... they were quite big, but very docile!

James even got a taste of shoveling snow!
Visiting Aunt Louise's preschool...Aidan fit right in.

We had 3 days with our friend Suzie in Germany... and really enjoyed our time there. You can see a few castles here we visited. The best part, though, was just spending time with she and her boyfriend Mike, as well as Yvonne's husband Sascha. We ate out and had great German beer and food.

Aufiderzein Germany!

It was hard to come home but we are now settled back in San Francisco, and after all that snow we will stop complaining that it gets cold here!
